RUSTBREAK TERMS
Plain-English terms.
Server discovery data
RustBreak is an independent Rust server-discovery service and is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios. Live server information can be delayed, incomplete, or supplied by public third-party telemetry. Wipe forecasts are estimates unless RustBreak explicitly labels a server announcement as confirmed.
Accounts and owner profiles
You are responsible for activity on your account and for information you submit. Owner profiles are public only after review. “Owner-submitted” means the information was supplied by someone claiming a relationship with the server; it is not a Steam or Facepunch endorsement. We may reject, remove or amend a profile that is misleading, abusive, unsafe or unauthorised.
Paid featured placement
Featured-server placement costs €5 per day, is charged once through PayPal, and is not a recurring subscription. A completed payment is queued after any existing paid placement, then runs for the purchased number of 24-hour days. Live population, wipe and region details are shown only when public telemetry provides them.
Buyers must be authorised to promote the listed Rust server and must keep its name, address and copy accurate. Placements may not promote cheating, account sales, gambling, malware, hate or harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, or non-Rust services. RustBreak may pause or reject a listing that breaches these rules or creates player-safety concerns.
Refunds and cancellations
If RustBreak rejects a paid listing before it starts, the buyer may request a refund. A booking may be cancelled before its scheduled start by contacting RustBreak; refunds are assessed where no placement time has been delivered. Once a placement has started, spent days are not refundable except where RustBreak materially fails to provide the booked placement. We do not guarantee player count, clicks, search ranking, uptime of a third-party server, or any particular commercial result.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. For payment, listing or account issues, use the site contact page and include enough information to identify the booking or profile.
